We offer comprehensive preventative maintenance plans to help you keep your HVAC system running smoothly and efficiently for one low cost.  For less than 50 cents a day per unit, we will ensure your system is running efficiently and identify potential issues before they they become an issue.

Our plans include:

• Includes no service fee or after hours emergencies fee
• 15% off repairs & accessories  
• 5% off new HVAC system 
• Bi-annual cooling and heating maintenance

• For Cooling Systems:

1. Inspect thermostat operation 
2. Check or replace customer provided filter 
3. Inspect accesible ductwork for air leaks, restrictions or missing insulation 
4. Inspect emergency drain pan level 
5. Test drain overflow cutoff switch for ac 
6. Clear primary drain line with nitrogen blow out 
7. Inspect accessible evaporator coil for refrigerant leaks and foreign debris
8. Inspect blower motor and wheel for oil leaks or foreign debris 
9. In the event the evaporator or blower, needs to be cleaned that will be an additional fee based on accessibility. Most of the time this is not needed with regular quality filter change outs   
10. Inspect and test all electrical components 
11. Measure amp draw of the compressor, condenser fan, blower 
12. Inspect condenser for refrigerant leaks 
13. Check the refrigerant for proper charge
14. Wash the outdoor coil, $39 extra charge if needs deep chemical clean
15. Check for proper temperature differential between supply and return air

• For Heating Systems:

1. Inspect thermostat operation 
2. Check and replace customer provided filter

• Wash the outdoor coil, $39 extra charge if needs deep chemical clean
• Check refrigerant levels for proper charge
• Test defrost cycle
• Inspect operation of all supplementary heat strips

 For Gas Heat:

• Clean the flame sensor
• Clean burner assembly 
• Test safety and limit switches 
• Inspect exhaust vent for leaks 
• Inspect heat exchanger for safe operation 
• Check ignition sequence 
• Check for gas leaks 
• Check for proper gas pressure during operation 
• Check for carbon monoxide leaks
